Geoff Loos is a Managing Director at CapM.

Mr. Loos has over sixteen years of experience advising clients on both domestic and cross-border strategic and financial assignments. Mr. Loos’ transactional experience covers mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate investments, capital raises, debt placements and other value-creating transactions.

He has advised clients globally on a variety of complex and highly successful transactions across many sectors, including consumer, e-commerce, food and agriculture, industrial, healthcare, nutrition and technology.

Mr. Loos has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and advisory assignments for companies such as Albion Minerals, baggalini Chosen Foods, LifeVantage, MityLite, Nelson Laboratories, Omega Protein, Tecumseh Poultry/Smart Chicken, Walker Edison, YoCream and ZAGG.

Prior to joining CapM, Mr. Loos was a Director in the Investment Banking group at D.A. Davidson. He has represented a wide variety of middle-market companies in numerous industries while developing a particular focus representing consumer and technology companies.

Geoff joined D.A. Davidson in 2004 and has worked on domestic and cross-border transactions representing over $3.5 billion in transaction value and was the founding member of the firm’s consumer investment banking team.

Mr. Loos actively supports the growth of the Utah business community by planning and contributing to value-added events and participating in leading local organizations, such as serving as the current Chairman of Utah’s Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
