Taylor Dalby
Director
Mr. Dalby is a member of the healthcare practice at CapM. He has extensive experience advising healthcare companies on high profile M&A and capital markets transactions. Amongst his areas of expertise are healthcare provider specialties and multi-site facilities.
Prior to joining CapM, Mr. Dalby was a Senior Vice President at Bloom Organization, a healthcare M&A advisory firm based in Miami. He was also a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Elevate ENT Partners (an Audax portfolio company) and McKesson, where he led the companies’ growth through the acquisition of physician practices.
Mr. Dalby started his investment banking career at RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo, prior to which he was an Associate in the transaction services group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
He is fluent in English and Spanish.
