Ralph Gochnour

Mr. Gochnour began his M&A advisory career in the New York office of Stephens Inc., where he worked in the consumer investment banking group. His key areas of focus were consumer products and services, food and agribusiness.

While at Stephens, he advised both public and private companies on a variety of transactions, including sell-side and buy-side advisory, as well as equity and debt capital raises.

Mr. Gochnour also has significant experience in healthcare technology, having worked in the Finance team at Health Catalyst, a publicly traded data analytics company serving both US and international healthcare networks and providers.

• BS in Accounting from the University of Utah.
