Paul Keaton
Analyst
Mr. Keaton is involved in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions advisory in the healthcare, consumer and technology sectors.
Prior to CapM, Mr. Keaton was an analyst with Harraden Circle Investments, a hedge fund based in New York focused on strategies related to investing in Special Purpose Acquisition Corporations (SPACs).
He was also an investment banking analyst in the M&A advisory division of VonLehman, an accounting, valuation and business services firm based in Cincinnati.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky
