Patrick Pisarek
Associate
Prior to joining CapM, Mr. Pisarek was a Senior Associate in the Enterprise Valuation Group within the Leveraged Lending practice at Capital One Bank. In this role, he specialized in providing valuation analyses of underperforming and distressed companies involved in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations.
Mr. Pisarek has worked on transactions involving both public and private enterprises in healthcare, technology and diversified industries. Mr. Pisarek has extensive experience in building complex financial models and creating valuation memorandums to analyze the impact of leveraged transactions on credit quality and capital structure.
Mr. Pisarek was previously an Executive Associate at M&T Bank, where he focused on restructuring consulting within the technology department.
Before receiving his MBA, Mr. Pisarek was a fixed income trade support analyst focusing on credit default swap trading at Morgan Stanley.
