Mr. Walter is involved in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions advisory in the healthcare, consumer, retail and technology industries.
Mr. Walter’s experience includes working at Paulson Investment Company, where he focused on biotech, technology and oil & gas industries. His main responsibilities comprised of company and industry research, and financial analysis to support capital raising transactions and M&A targets.
Mr. Walter also worked at Bryant Park Capital, where he engaged in various projects within the healthcare, insurance and fintech industries. His responsibilities included preparing financial analysis, marketing materials and presentations for the firm’s Clients, as well as researching and publishing the firm’s quarterly Middle Market Update on economic and financial transactions performance.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Business from the New York University Stern School of Business with a concentration in Finance and Management.
