Mr. Bernik is involved in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions advisory in the technology, healthcare and consumer sectors.
Prior to joining CapM, Mr. Bernik worked at CapM as an intern. His core responsibilities included performing financial and valuation analyses related to transactions in the healthcare and media verticals.
Mr. Bernik’s professional experience includes working at Englewood Health, a leading hospital in research and novel treatments in vascular surgery. His responsibilities included conducting analyses of procedures and publishing case studies in peer-reviewed journals.
