    François Huré

    Partner and Co-Founder

    Mr. Huré has spent his entire career in the United States advising clients for over seventeen years on domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions across a variety of industries.

    Mr. Huré’s experience includes mergers, acquisitions, corporate investments, divestitures, partnerships, and joint ventures. He has advised clients globally on complex and highly successful transactions across a number of sectors, including technology, media, consumer retail / e-commerce, industrials, specialty finance and healthcare.

    Mr. Huré has been involved in high profile and industry-redefining transactions as a result of the relationships that he developed through the origination and execution of mergers, acquisitions and strategy mandates for clients such as Shutterstock, MetLife, DentaQuest, Wikibuy, drugstore.com, Realtime Technologies, Highmark Health, Genesis Lease, kenko.com, ProQuest, 1-800 CONTACTS, Beverages & More, Trent (a Tata company), Kenneth Cole and Harman Industries.

    Mr. Huré is an Executive Member of the French American Chamber of Commerce in New York, a not-for-profit membership association that supports strong economic relations between France and the United States and that helps finance the training and education of the next generation of transatlantic business leaders.
