Domenic Martinelli

Prior to joining CapM, Mr. Martinelli was a Senior Associate in the Deals Advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. In this role, he specialized in providing support on financial and M&A due diligence to several global pharmaceutical and life sciences companies and private equity firms.
Mr. Martinelli has worked on various public and private transactions, advising clients on a broad range of financial aspects impacting the purchase price in a transaction, such as normalized earnings and pro forma earnings adjustments, debt and debt-like items and normalized working capital targets.
Prior to completing his Master of Accounting, Mr. Martinelli worked in corporate finance at Jefferies LLC and previously worked in financial advisory at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
