Cooper Wayment

Mr. Wayment is involved in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions advisory in the healthcare, consumer, food and nutrition, and technology sectors.
Prior to CapM, Mr. Wayment worked with Logan Growth Advisors as a buyside associate where he focused on advising Dental Service Organizations on dental practice acquisitions and platform expansion. His responsibilities included financial analysis and managing client/target relationships.
Mr. Wayment also worked as a venture capital analyst at the Sorenson Impact Investment Center, an early-stage, impact-centered venture fund and previously worked at Northwestern Mutual as a financial representative.
